This Champagne has a fine mousse with a lovely, fine and biscuity character on the nose and palate which lasts through to the finish. Very elegant.
Grapes: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Serve: accompany well with chicken satay, spring rolls ,tuna salad, green chicken curry, stir fried mixed seafood, pad thai noddles dishes.
