An intense of ripe fruits is followed by a medium to full-bodied palate. The wine is dry, complex, with a long, persistent finish balanced exquisitely by the purity of the fruit.
 
Pouilly Fumé 2006, Château De Tracy, Loire
Light to medium bodied, dry finish, beautifully balanced with gooseberry and raspberry flavours, will accompany Thai Papaya salad and curry dishes.
 
     
 
Pinot Gris Cuvee Des Comtes D?Eguisheim 2005, Léon Beyer, Alsace
The house of Léon Beyer, one of the very few Grandes Maisons d?Alsace, is one of the oldest of the region, the wine?s apricot jam aromas lead to a sensual, lush, medium-bodied personality filled with white peaches ,apricots, jellied yellow plums and smoky spice, off-dry wine.
 
Condrieu, Les Terrasses De I?Empire 2006, Domaine Georges Vernay, Rhone
Made from the Viognier grape, this is rich and exotic with the hallmark nose of honeysuckle and ripe apricots and peaches, clean acidity keeps it all in balance. It complements Thai spicy cuisine.

Blended semillon, sauvignon blanc and muscadelle. Full bodied with undertones of honey, apriots and melons with a refreshing vibrancy. Highly recommended wine goes with spicy dishes

Buttery and nutty in character with a creamy texture and fat, ripe flavours complemented by balanced acidity, a very complete wine.

More modern in their approach to winemaking than Monnier, very finely crafted wine with mineral notes and plenty of creamy vanilla new oak.

Complex, savoury and spicy, with the essence of black berry fruits, this shiraz is a well-balanced wine with long, lean, fine-grained tanins
 
Château Beau-Site Cru Bourgeois 2001, Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux
Although not complex, it offers good cassis fruit, chunky, heady flavours and very soft tannin, this can be drunk with great pleasure with our lamb, venison and duck dishes.
 
     
 
Châteauneuf Du Pape 2005, Chateau Fortia, Rhone
Produced from very old vines, the wine opens with aromas of ripe plum, blackberries and nuances of spice, full bodied, rich with a long finish, and goes well with spicy food.
 
Barolo DOCG Riserva 2000, Costa Di Bussia, Italy
An exceptional vintage. Aromas of an enormous range of full and elegant sensations. The flavour shows great harmony and balance against a remarkably velvety background.

Intense ruby-red in colour and possessing a super ripe nose of rich red and black fruits, vanilla, and lead pencil shavings, full-bodied on the palate with lush tannins and marvellously concentrated fruit
 
Château D?issan 198, 3ème Cru Classé, Margaux
A delightful and elegant style of wine, remarkably rich with a distinctive nose of sweet, jammy fruit, liquefied minerals, soft tannin, long and round finished. Highly recommended with our tasting menu and grilled, stir fried dishes. A truly excellent Grand Cru to be savoured for special occasions.
 
     
 
Grands Echezeaux 1998 Grand Cru, Remoissenet, Côte d?Or, Burgundy
Very fine point noir nose-strawberry and raspberry fruit, hint of spice on the palate with a complex silky texture, very concentrated and long with a consistent and lovely balanced finish. Top burgundy pinot, nice with our tasting menu and seafood, lamb and stir fried dishes. Highly recommended.
 
Château La Croix St-Georges 1999, Pomerol
Nearly 100% merlot comes from clay and gravel soils, full-bodied with an opaque purple colour, a gorgeous bouquet of overripe black cherries, charcoal, mocha and vanilla, a long, powerful finish.

An immensely classy wine with wild strawberry aromas and intense, harmonious and complex rich fruit
 
Château Brane Cantenac 1985, 2ème Cru Classé, Margaux
Aromas of blackberry and hints of licorice and light wood, full-bodied, with juicy tannins and cedar, plum fruit and coffee aftertaste, very silky and elegant.
 
     
 
Castello Vicchiomaggio FSM 2004, Toscana Italy
Made from merlot, blue tinged purple. Pungent, smoky nose with violets and spicy oak. Ripe, juicy, full fruited mouth. more fruit along with chocolate, coffee and supple tannins. Only production 3334 bottles of 2004.
 
Château Pichon Lonqueville Comtesse De Lalande 1983, 2ème Cru Classé, Pauillac
It is medium to full bodied, with fragrant silky texture, soft medium weight, mature, vanillin nose shedding its initial tannins. Limited stock not to be missed.
 
     
 
Château Lynch Bages 1983, 5ème Cru Classé, Pauillac
Good full red ruby. Rich, mellow aromas of currant, plum, mocha. Dense, seamless and deep, with plum and tobacco flavours, good texture, superb balance, finishing with sneaky length.
 
Château Palmer 1982, 3ème Cru Classé, Margaux
One of the best vintages in Bordeaux history. The wine is medium bodied, with mature appearance, sweet cassis fruit, rich nose, aromas of lead pencil, cedar, cherries, tobacco, smooth, well-integrated tannins, long and elegant finish.

1985 lafite is a reflection of elegance and complexity, it's various aromas of herbs, cedar and mineral contributes actively to the great harmony of this fine wine
 
Château Margaux 1989, 1er Grand Cru Classe, Margaux
A remarkable vintage, deep, mineral, blackcurrent fruit delightful nose, great balance on the palate, very complete, still showing a firm tannic backbone but with a lovely composition of mature fruit
 
     
 
Château Mouton Rothschild 1989, 1er Grand Cru Classé, Pauillac
Medium-full bodied, with a phenomenal bouquet of exotic spices, coffee and intense blackcurrant, and a firm but incredibly ripe palate of great class. Fine concentration with excellent tannins and an exciting spicy finish.
 
Château Margaux 1988, 1er Grand Cru Classé, Margaux
Seductive nose with notes of cassis, tar, liquorice and treacle. Medium to full-bodied, ripe and intense and long lasting on the palate with firm but supple tannins as well as good acidity.
 
     
 
Château Haut Brion 1983, 1er Grand Cru Classé, Pessac- Léognan, Graves
The wine is refined and elegant, even in its youth, is still quite enjoyable right now. Wonderful nose of earth, dust, cedar and cigar tobacco, the taste is velvety smooth with a medium to full bodied, little cassis and blackberry, the tannins are soft and sweet.
 
Château Mouton Rothschild 1983, 1er Grand Cru Classé, Pauillac
Dark ruby red, the nose shows a hint of smokiness, leather, French oak, in the mouth, interesting dark fruits, cassis and dark red plums, smooth, silky, completely integrated.
 
     
 
Château Margaux 1985, 1er Grand Cru Classé, Margaux
The wine is medium to full bodied, full nose of roasted coffee, outstanding palate of red fruits, licorice and minerals, perfumed, violets, but still silky smooth, surprising vigorous with fine tannins and good underlying fruit, the finish is long.
 
Château Petrus 1987, Pomerol
The most celebrated wine of Pomerol in Bordeaux, the name is taken from St Peter who is depicted on the label holding the keys to the property. Château Petrus? vineyards cover 5.5 acres and produce 35,000 bottles per year. 1987 Petrus is dark ruby purple colour, rich and full bodied, blends the aromas of black cherry, black currant and blackberry, extremely delicate tannins, long and lingering finish.
