Grilled sirloin steak served with mixed fresh salad

Ingredients:
|
|
| |
Sirloin steak (fat removed)
Thai parsley (chopped)
Spring onion (chopped)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber (peeled, cut lengthways, deseeded and sliced half moon)
Celery (fine dice)
Shallot (chopped)
Dried chilli
Yum sauce (tamarind, fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice & water)

| |
Method
• Season and char-grill your steak medium rare, allow to rest for 5 minutes.
• Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl
• Slice the steak and add to the bowl
• Spread a bed of salad leaves around the plate.
• Add the beef making a tower on the leaves.
• Pour over the sauce left in the bottom of the bowl.
