Honey mango served with coconut milk and sticky rice

Ingredients:

Thai honey mango
Cooked sticky rice
Mango sauce
Coconut sauce (coconut milk, sugar, salt, pandan leaf)
Strawberry (for garnish)

| |
Method
• Peel and chop the mango into small dice.
• Mix the warmed rice with a little coconut sauce to loosen it
• In a ring place a small amount of the rice in the bottom, add a little coconut sauce, add some mango and repeat.
• Using both the mango sauce and coconut sauce feather a plate for garnish
• Place the ring in the centre of the plate and remove ring.
• Place the strawberry on top and serve.
